The Ubiquitous & Visual Computing group is part of the Centre for Informatics Science (CIS), School of Communication and Information Technology at Nile University. The CIS occupies an area of 500m2 in the B155 building at the Smart Village. The total number of professors and research assistants in the CIS is 8 and 40, respectively. Available computational resources include computing cluster, high-performance workstations equipped with recent graphics processing units (GPUs), personal and laptop computers and a number of wireless body/ubiquitous sensors.
